23 answersUnderstanding WATX
Wagon leases its productive assets to businesses. Rental income is reduced by operating costs, taxes, reserves, and other program allocations. Available net proceeds may then be shared with eligible WATX holders under the program terms.
Wagon’s asset categories include trucks and logistics, heavy equipment, factory machinery, and marine assets. Categories shown on the website illustrate the portfolio scope; check current program reports for the assets actually included.
Holding WATX does not give you direct ownership of an individual truck, machine, or other physical asset. Your economic rights and any restrictions are defined in the applicable program documents.
Wagon Network is operated by PT Trisula Permata Digital. Visit About Wagon to learn more about the company and its direction.
About WagonGetting started
Open the WATX platform, review the available program and its documents, and follow the purchase instructions. Check the amount, supported network, payment asset, and fees before approving any transaction in your wallet.
Open WATX platformThe landing page shows participation starting from Rp10,000. Confirm the current minimum and any additional transaction fees in the WATX platform before proceeding.
Use the wallet, network, and payment asset supported by the WATX platform for your selected program. Check the details in the app before transferring funds; the network used for the WAG airdrop is not a guide for WATX purchases.
Participation is subject to the program’s eligibility rules, applicable jurisdiction restrictions, and any verification requirements. Review these requirements before purchasing WATX.
Rental proceeds
Potential distributions come from available net rental proceeds from the portfolio. They depend on actual asset performance and the program’s calculation and allocation rules.
No. A target or projection is not a guaranteed return. Actual proceeds can be lower, delayed, or unavailable, and your capital is at risk.
The current landing page describes potential monthly distributions in IDRX. Eligibility, calculation periods, payment timing, and any claim steps follow the current program terms and platform announcements.
Assets require operation, maintenance, and other expenses, and can depreciate over time. The program may allocate reserves before calculating distributable proceeds. A reserve does not guarantee repayment of capital; review the allocation rules in the program documents.
Risk & transparency
Risks include unpaid or delayed rent, asset downtime or damage, operating costs, declining asset values, limited liquidity, and technology or smart contract failures. Review the program’s risk disclosures and consider whether you can bear a loss.
Do not assume every asset has the same coverage. Check the specific program documents for any insurance, exclusions, limits, and coverage periods. Insurance, where available, does not eliminate investment risk.
Use the official WATX platform and reports to review available asset updates, cashflow information, and distribution records. Check the date and scope of each report; blockchain records alone do not verify the physical condition of an asset.
Use official Wagon links and review the network, contract interaction, and requested permissions before signing. Never share your private key or recovery phrase. Wagon support will not ask for them.
Exit & liquidity
Do not assume WATX can be redeemed or sold at any time. Exit options, timing, limits, and available liquidity depend on the program terms and current platform support.
Any redemption or sale value follows the applicable program rules or available market price. It may differ from your purchase amount or a displayed reference value. Capital repayment is not guaranteed.
Availability depends on supported venues and actual liquidity. Do not rely on being able to sell unless an available route is confirmed in the official platform. A listed market does not guarantee a buyer.
WAG & airdrop
No. WATX is the Wagon Asset Total Index product. The community airdrop concerns WAG, a separate token. Receiving WAG does not grant WATX or rights to its rental proceeds.
Visit the WAG Airdrop page and open the Community Rewards card. Connect the wallet used for the relevant Arbitrum or Base testnet campaign to check the allocation list. A listed allocation does not confirm it remains unclaimed.
Open WAG AirdropChecking the allocation list does not submit a claim transaction. Claiming WAG is a separate transaction on Ethereum mainnet, requires your wallet confirmation, and may incur gas fees in ETH.
