Wagon Network (Wagon, we, or us) is operated by PT Trisula Permata Digital. These Terms govern access to Wagon’s website, applications, and related services. You may contact the operator at [email protected].

Using a transactional service may require separate acceptance of these Terms and the applicable program documents. Visiting this website does not subscribe you to a program, authorise a wallet transaction, or transfer ownership of an asset.

Program Terms means the specific documents presented for a product or subscription, identifying the responsible entity, participation rights, portfolio scope, fees, allocation methodology, eligibility, and exit arrangements. Read these documents before authorising a transaction.

Mandatory law prevails. Validly accepted Program Terms govern product-specific matters; these Terms govern general use of the service. Marketing copy, examples, dashboards, and older documentation do not by themselves expand contractual rights or guarantee outcomes. If information conflicts, request clarification before participating.

You must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement and, when acting for an organisation, authority to bind it. Access depends on applicable law, your location, and the eligibility requirements disclosed for each service.

Wagon or its service providers may request identity, beneficial ownership, source-of-funds, or other information where required for compliance or access. Provide accurate information and do not evade geographic, sanctions, or verification restrictions. A wallet connection alone does not establish eligibility.

WATX (Wagon Asset Total Index) provides economic participation in Wagon’s productive supply chain asset portfolio under the applicable Program Terms. It is a portfolio-level position rather than a token for direct ownership of a particular truck, machine, vessel, or other physical asset.

Physical assets remain owned and administered by Wagon or the entity identified in the Program Terms and may be leased to business operators. Holding WATX does not by itself grant company shares, voting rights, a security interest, enforcement rights over assets, or a right to demand delivery of an asset. Any such right requires an express, legally valid agreement.

Subscriptions are available only through the official service and during the periods, limits, and conditions disclosed for that subscription. Verify the token contract, supported network, settlement asset, price, fees, and responsible entity before confirming. Do not send funds directly to a token contract unless explicitly instructed by the official transaction flow.

The portfolio may expand or change under the Program Terms. Asset additions, disposals, maintenance, and changes in utilisation may affect portfolio value and available proceeds. An illustrative asset category or website image is not evidence that a specific asset belongs to the portfolio.

Business operators pay rent for using portfolio assets. Available net proceeds are determined after the operating costs, taxes, reserves, fees, and other allocations disclosed in the Program Terms. The applicable documents determine allocation order, calculation periods, eligibility, and each holder’s share.

Distributions, including any intended monthly schedule or settlement in IDRX, are conditional on actual results and the applicable terms. Target APY, estimated distributions, and historical results are not promises. Distributions may be lower, delayed, or zero, and invested capital may be lost. Reserves are not automatically a guarantee or a redemption fund.

Program asset value, NAV Reference, target returns, and other metrics use the definitions, assumptions, and dates disclosed with them. NAV Reference is a reference valuation, not a guaranteed sale, redemption, or executable market price. Portfolio asset value is not the same as cash available for withdrawal.

Website metrics may be cached, delayed, estimated, or replaced by indicative fallback figures when a source is unavailable. Consult dated program reports and transaction documents before deciding. Published blockchain records show on-chain activity; they do not independently verify ownership, condition, or value of physical assets.

Transferability depends on the Program Terms, technical restrictions, eligibility, and applicable law. A secondary market, buyer, quoted price, or immediate sale may not be available. A transfer may change eligibility for distributions according to the disclosed calculation rules.

Holding WATX does not create an on-demand withdrawal, fixed-maturity repayment, buyback, or redemption guarantee. Any exit or redemption mechanism must be expressly provided in the applicable Program Terms, including limits, pricing, timing, fees, and suspension conditions. Closing an account does not redeem tokens.

Review all disclosed subscription, management, transaction, network, settlement, and exit fees before participating. Network fees may be paid even if a transaction fails. No fee rate or deduction order is established solely by an illustration on the website.

You are responsible for your applicable tax obligations. Any withholding, reporting, or other obligation imposed on Wagon remains applicable. Seek independent advice where needed; tax treatment may change.

Protect your credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and transaction approvals. Never disclose a recovery phrase to support staff. Review recipient addresses, networks, contract permissions, and amounts before signing. Confirmed on-chain transactions generally cannot be reversed by Wagon.

Wallet recovery and custody depend on the wallet model and provider actually used. Do not assume Wagon can recover keys, reverse transfers, or access a third-party wallet. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to [email protected]; assistance does not guarantee recovery.

You may lose part or all of your capital. Risks include lessee default or late payments; asset damage, downtime, depreciation, and maintenance; costs exceeding projections; concentration and valuation uncertainty; and limited or absent liquidity.

Additional risks include smart-contract vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, lost credentials, chain disruption, stablecoin depegging or issuer restrictions, third-party failure, and legal or tax changes. Insurance, audits, collateral, or recovery rights apply only where expressly documented; none guarantees complete protection or full recovery.

WAG, airdrops, staking, governance, and any other services are separate from WATX and subject to their own disclosed terms and availability. Holding one token does not automatically confer rights in another product, an airdrop allocation, governance rights, or guaranteed rewards.

Do not use the services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, impersonation, or other unlawful activity. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt systems, scrape personal data, infringe rights, or access another person’s account or wallet without authority.

Personal data may be processed for account administration, identity verification where applicable, transaction support, security, legal compliance, and responding to requests. Information about the data collected, legal basis, recipients, retention, transfers, and your rights must be provided through the applicable privacy notice when data is collected. These Terms do not replace that notice or constitute blanket consent to unrelated processing.

You may contact [email protected] to ask about your data or exercise applicable rights. Public blockchain records may remain accessible and cannot necessarily be deleted. Do not include private keys, recovery phrases, or unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial support request.

Wallets, stablecoin issuers, payment services, networks, and external platforms may have separate terms and risks. A link or integration does not guarantee their availability, security, or outcomes. Their involvement does not remove obligations or responsibilities that applicable law places on Wagon.

Wagon’s branding, website materials, and software are owned by Wagon or its licensors unless indicated otherwise. You may use materials to evaluate and use the services lawfully. Further reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable licence.

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, network issues, or events outside reasonable control. No uninterrupted service or investment outcome is promised. We will exercise the care and fulfil the responsibilities required by applicable law and the relevant agreement.

Losses and remedies are assessed under applicable law, the relevant agreement, causation, and each party’s responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, transfers all business responsibility to users, or waives mandatory consumer rights. No blanket waiver or arbitrary compensation cap applies.

Access may be proportionately restricted where necessary for legal compliance, security, suspected abuse, or a breach of these Terms. Where legally and operationally possible, we will explain the reason and available steps to resolve the issue. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

You may stop using the website. Existing contractual obligations, accrued rights, and lawful claims survive as applicable. Restricting website access does not by itself confiscate tokens, cancel accrued entitlements, or create a right to redeem them.

Updates will be published with a version and revision date. Material changes to service use will be notified through an appropriate channel before taking effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or unilaterally change an accepted investment agreement where further consent is required.

These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. If they differ, the Indonesian version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

These Terms are governed by Indonesian law, without limiting mandatory protections available to you. Send complaints to [email protected] with a description of the issue and relevant non-secret transaction references. We will seek to resolve complaints through good-faith communication.

If a dispute remains unresolved, either party may pursue the competent Indonesian courts or another dispute-resolution mechanism lawfully available. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove rights to complain to competent authorities or use statutory consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms.
